West truly meets east and cultures collide when a Christian family and a Muslim family are brought together by the marriage of their children. Meet the Sumdees is a video diary of the coming together of two cultures as the WASP Canadian parents meet the Islamic in-laws in Toronto and in Pakistan as the newlyweds and the new Sumdees (Urdu for “in-laws) embark on a tour to get acquainted.
